Watermelon Ice Cubes

Looking for a low calories drink that tastes yummy?  Try these watermelon ice cubes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped watermelon
  • Juice from 1 lime

Get Creative and add any of the following

  • ½ cup pineapple tidbits or pineapple juice (No Sugar Added)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water
  • Handful of mint

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.

Pour into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and add toothpicks or skewers if you want little ice pops.  Freeze for 2 hours or until firm .

Eat this out of the tray for a nice refreshing and cool snack

OR you can add to any of your favorite beverage for a touch of added sweetness

OH I put one in white wine and it was YUMMY
