Simple Miso Dressing
I’m always on the lookout for healthier options with ingredients that have a nutritional boost! Miso is one of those ingredients. Miso is rich in essential minerals and a good source of various B vitamins, vitamins E, K and folic acid. As a fermented food, miso provides the gut with beneficial bacteria that help us to stay healthy, vibrant and happy; good gut health is known to be linked to our overall mental and physical wellness.
1 ½ tablespoons white miso paste
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 ¼ tablespoons real honey
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Just whisk all the ingredients together. Store in a mason jar
