My Favorite Water Bottle

One of the simplest things you can do to improve your health AND even lose some weight is to drink more water.

Drinking water is like washing out your insides. Water cleanses your whole system, it fills you up and improves the function of all your tissues.

The rule of thumb is to get 8, 8 oz. glasses or 64 oz. every day. But EVERYBODY is different, if you exercise more, are taking medication, it’s hot, etc. you might need more or less. The best way to tell what’s right for you is to drink enough so that when you pee it’s almost clear! (TMI?)

I know it can be difficult but this water bottle really helps me keep track. Give it a try
