What gets measured gets improved and a FitBit (or any step counter) is great way to make sure you are moving more throughout your day. I am for 10K steps a day and most days I get it. Knowing that my FitBit is watching keeps me accountable.

I've had about 4 different FitBits over the years and I just upgraded to the LUXE because of it's size and style.
