Hi! In case we haven’t met before, I’m Amy.

After retiring from a 26 year career as an Engineering Program Manager, I carved out a space in my life to pursue a greater passion for helping others with their overall well being. After we hit 50 I know first hand that it takes time and effort to be healthy without aggravating the aches and pains that naturally come with age, so I pursued extended education to focus specifically on us!

My business is all about fitness but as I say all the time, “you can’t exercise a way a bad diet”. I also know that having a plan is key because as Benjamin Franklin said, “Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail”.

I poured my heart into this one and it truly outlines what we do in the VanLiew house hold to have healthy food on hand so we don’t say “oh, let’s just get a pizza”. Although, I have to be honest we do that sometimes!
