When you have to work around one of those darn over 50 ache, pain or injury.  Yup, I broke my elbow but I found unique ways to work around it, not stop moving.  It's so important to do what we CAN because Motion Is Lotion and Rest is Rust for our aging bodies.

I love these ankle weights because they are adjustable.  Being able to start slow and progress is the key to not getting hurt.
