Women Over 50, You MUST DO THIS 1 THING!

The one thing I am begging women over 50 to do is EXERCISE!!!   As a personal trainer and fitness coach I have seen what happens if you don’t keep moving your body.  You gain weight, your body may ache more, you may lose muscle mass and/or bone density and worse yet you might not be able to do the things you love to do.  I’m not talking about running marathons or doing the latest CrossFit routines.  I’m talking about moving enough so your heart beats a little faster,  lifting some light weights to keep the muscles strong and stretching to keep you limber.  As the saying goes… if you don’t use it YOU WILL LOSE IT.

Michele (Member since June 2020)  I don’t know if you remember me from HP days about a decade and more ago, but when I recently was looking for an on-line workout I came across your post on LinkedIn. I was thrilled to see you were doing this as this was exactly what I needed! Anyhow I’ve lost 8 pounds and, for the first time in years, I have lots of movement in my shoulder! I also didn’t appreciate how important it is to stretch everyday- I’m feeling and moving a lot better. I’ve decided I’m not going back to the gym now that’s it’s opening since I think I tend to do the same things over and over, which is great for those muscles that get exercised but not so good for those that don’t. I enjoy your workouts and appreciate the variety.
