Wow this was a great book. After 50 we know what healthy habits we should be adopting; exercise, eating better, drinking water, sleep…but how do you actually make these a habit?
James Clear outlines his step by step process and I found it eye opening. It inspired my July 2022 Summer Healthy Habits Stack Challenge for the members of the Be Healthy Enough Digital Fitness Studio! I have it on my kindle but also ordered the hard copy to reference.
