Amy’s Anti-Inflammatory Blueberry Smoothie

This is a great way to “crowd-in” some amazing Anti-Inflammatory ingredients to let your joints know you care!
I’ve been loving my protein powder from True Nutrition. You can order one of their blends or make it your own. My blend is: Grass-Fed Protein, Mushroom Boost, Greens Boost and Collagen Boost.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Blend until smooth and sip your way to happy joints
