Menopause Dry Eye Solutions

I started to notice my eyesight wasn't great in the morning and evening. I went to the doctor and was told I have Meibomian Gland Dysfunction or dry eyes. It's common for us women in menopause and treatable. You can opt to do some severe treatments like IPL (laser) to your eyes or try to treat it more gently with heat, drops and cleaner.

Make sure you talk to your eye doctor but I have found GREAT success in my daily routine of a heated eye patch, drops at night and during the day and a special eye cleaner. Here are the products I use:
