5 Healthy Hot Chocolate Recipes

Hot Chocolate is so good when it’s cold outside!  And a good organic Cacao Powder has some amazing qualities:

  • Cacao is a potent source of flavonoid antioxidants, one of the richest in the world
  • A rich source of Magnesium which is necessary for over 300 biological functions in the body
  • Contains Theobromine, providing a slow release of non-jittery energy throughout the day
  • Can boost your mood, increasing feelings of love and happiness while blocking feelings of depression

Don’t blow all your hard work exercising on those overly sugar laden versions.   Check out the recipes I found from The Healthy Maven (https://www.thehealthymaven.com/healthy-hot-chocolate-recipe/).   I’ve added a link to my favorite cacao power in each recipe.
