I help women over 50 get stronger, move better and feel confident in their bodies again, even if they're dealing with aches, pains and bone loss

I know how confusing and even scary it can feel when you're told to "be carefule" but not told what to actually do

As a Menopause, Osteoporosis and Arthritis Fitness Specialist that is exactly why I created this workshop, to give you a safe, simple place to start

You don't need to be "fit"

  • You can go at your own pace
  • I'll show you modifications every step of the way
  • You can even just watch and learn if that's where you're starting
