Join an existing group of up to nine happy, hard-working students during the week in my studio.

Practical Pilates on Tuesdays at 8:30 AM 

The goal of this Practical Pilates class is to strengthen the body’s “powerhouse,” a Pilates term that refers to your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Through a series of exercises, standing and on a mat, this workout helps build, sculpt and tone, giving your body a long, lean look while improving your flexibility, posture and balance.

I provide all the equipment needed.   Cost is $10

Cardio and Core on Thursdays at 8:30 AM

Get ready to burn some calories and get that heart rate pumping with 45 minutes of choreographed cardio. It’s nothing fancy, just moving to fun music and the time just seems to fly by. The last 15 minutes we work on our core and stretch!
